Arduino firmware recreating Space Invaders on a 10x10 NeoPixel matrix with three-button input.
The whole board lives in one 1-D integer array mapped onto the matrix's serpentine wiring, which keeps spawning, movement, collision, and the firing cooldown inside the 2 KB of SRAM the microcontroller actually has. The flat array also proves I didn't think too far ahead, since projectiles mirrored back and forth across the Y axis until I sketched out a correction algorithm in MS Paint and wrote it in.
